Day 8. Food

Hello! How are you? Hope, everything is fine.

Today our topic is dedicated to food. While it's a rather large topic, so I've decided to divide it into 2 days.
Food is any substance consumed to provide nutritional support for the body. It is usually of plant or animal origin, and contains essentialnutrients, such as fatsproteinsvitamins, or minerals. The substance is ingested by an organism and assimilated by the organism's cellsto provide energy, maintain life, or stimulate growth.
So, what are we going to do this time? Well, first of all, are you a food-faddist?   Don't know this kind of word? That's totally not a problem! A food-faddist is a person who has some really sprecific preferences in taking meal. See? You've already learned the new phrase!
